We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Rachelle Dyanne “Dara” Bascara, Kanlungan Trustee and joint Secretary of CHRP-UK . Dara was a fierce and passionate Filipino community activist and academic. Her loss will be deeply felt by family, friends, colleagues, and comrades in the UK, the Philippines, and across the world.
