Kanlungan Filipino Consortium is seeking a resourceful and strategic leader to join us as our Director. This is an exciting and challenging time to join the organisation as we continue to grow and strengthen our impact. The Director will play a crucial role in leading the organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery, securing funding, and advocating for the rights and wellbeing of Filipino and East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) communities in the UK. 

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, and operational management. The successful candidate will work closely with a supportive Board of Trustees, a dedicated team, and key stakeholders to drive forward Kanlungan’s mission.
