Pathways to Settlement

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new project, funded by Trust for London. “Pathways to Settlement” is a two-year project to help undocumented migrants in London have access to free legal advice and become regularised.
Kanlungan will be providing:
- One-to-one casework for people who are undocumented or at risk of becoming undocumented
- Advice sessions with solicitors and legal advisers
- Workshops on immigration and employment rights
- Confidence building and networking for a campaign demanding better conditions for undocumented migrants
